8. Payment Terms (for Coaching & Packages)
Pricing: All prices are in GBP. Rates are subject to change with notice. Payment: Payment is due upfront unless otherwise agreed. We accept credit/debit cards and bank transfer. Refunds: See our Refund Policy for details. No Refund: Coaching sessions attended or completed are non-refundable.
9. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations within 48 hours may be charged. Rescheduling is available upon request, subject to availability.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve disputes informally.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to this site at any time, with or without cause, for violations of these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion.
12. Changes to Terms
